Vinny is a Level 4 PT. He is highly motivated in making sure his clients achieve their goals. Vinny has been working as a PT since 2010 and has completed many courses since starting his fitness career including nutritional therapy. Vinny likes to crack a few dad jokes and make clients feel welcome.

This isn’t “just a job" having a background in Football (Chelsea Youth Academy, Brentford School of Excellence), currently Boxing at amerture level representing West London Boxing Academy, as well as coaching at The Shepperton Boxing Academy. Belonging to a sporty family has allowed me to have a high level of motivation/discipline, therefore I can help you with creating yours for general purposes or competition needs.
